I just found this cooking blog that I just love!!! Right off the bat it is really love at first sight. I know, I know I should take it slow but I just can’t. It is called Jenn Cooks . She has was she calls Monday’s menu. Jenn prepares a dish and takes pictures every step of the way. The pictures are very crisp and clear and the recipes are easy to read. I think one of the main reasons I like it is because the dishes made are very simple (that is really good for me, the less complicating a recipe is , the more likely I am to actually cook it). I am always looking for new ideas on what to cook so I am very glad I found her site.
