Well, it’s almost over

Summer is almost over. I could not wait for it to start and I am not ready for it to end. I had so many plans for the summer. With the kids out of school, I would be able to sleep in more. NOT!!! But that is okay. I had so many projects I wanted to do. All of the kids’ room were supposed to get repainted. I wanted to reorganize everyone closets. You know, get rid of the stuff that does not fit and donate it. Unfortunately, I did 1.5 closets. I do have a few bags in the basement ready to get dropped off. House maintenance is another project I did not get to. I did not barbequed or enjoyed the weather enough.
I must admit though, this summer has been pretty relaxing more or less. As a family we have spent a lot of time together and have had some fun. I am just not sure if I am ready for it to end. Maybe I am just not ready for my 14 year old to start high school. Are you ready for summer to end?
