Rebecca’s Soap Delicatessen

I love things that smell good. All of my daughters are the same way. We love scented soaps, lotions, body washes, body mists, candles and anything else that just smells yummy. Recently I got an opportunity to try some soap from Rebecca’s Soap Delicatessen. The scent was a surprise so I could not wait to see what if I guess the smell before I read what it actually was. The smell was interesting but pleasant. I could not place it. My husband held it while I tried to guess what it was. I thought raspberries or a mixed berry but I was wrong. The scent turned out to be Pomegranate. When I read this my face squinted a little because I am not very familar with Pomegranate except what I have read in Greek Mythology. It definitely is not something that would catch my eye at an store. I am now a changed person regarding the Pomegranate.
The scent is very light and I just have to close my eyes and inhale it completely. When I went to use some and wash my hands the lather was different from other soaps which I like. I chipped off a small piece because I wanted to give my girls a chance to try it and a little went a very long way. My hands got very clean. Cleaner than I expected from a scented soap, not to say I am a very dirty person, lol. After drying my hands they felt and looked softer. The lingering scent was not overpowering either. This is a big plus because my hubby is sensitive to “smelly” things. Rebecca’s Soap Delicatessen is really affordable too. You will not just find soap there either. There is also body butter and lotions.The perfect place to shop and “treat” yourself without going broke. You get a bar of soap for you and a few for holiday gifts!
