Well today is the last day of 2008. I am not making any of my regular resolutions this year (eat better, lose weight, spend less). I already started doing this so there is no need to make it a resolution. But I do want to bring in the New Year right. I bet you can’t guess how I want to bring in the year. My goal is to have all the laundry, the house clean and to be with my kids and husband. Pretty simple. I will be getting an added bonus. My brother and his girlfriend are going out so I also get to bring in the New Year with niece who will be spending the night.

While the kids are on break I decided to go and buy more uniform shirts and pants. Luckily there are no white shirts(way to hard to keep clean) only blue or red. For pants they can have khaki or blue. We caught a really good sale on Kayla’s pants because Walmart had them for $5. We even found TJ some pants for $7. I don’t know how but almost every pair of his pants have holes in them. He plays on his knees building stuff with magnets or with his dinosaurs. But we had a problem when it came to Nannah. She wears a plus size and I honestly could not find any pants that were affordable. Of course the one place I bought from before did not have the right size in stock. It can be so frustrating.I love uniforms because it makes laundry a lot easier(when everyone actually puts their clothes where I can find them) and is less expensive then buying entire school wardrobes. I knew I should have stocked up when I bought clothes at the beginning of the school year :(
