You guys know I love Jumpstart. I have done reviews on the 3D Virtual World and the Trouble in Town adventure pack. They are so much fun for kids. Now, I am one of those people that when I like a game I will buy it for different game systems. I do things like that. Well I found out that in August there will be a new Jumpstart learning game coming out for Wii. I am so happy they are going to the Wii platform. We love our Wii and have a variety of games that we play on it. If this game is anything like the Jumpstart 3D game for the computer, I just know it will look beautiful on the tv screen. The new game is called Pet Rescue. Here are some quick facts about the game:
- It will be a one player game.
- There are going to be five different worlds that can be explored
- Kids can create their own avatar
- There are over 50 different learning lessons
- Treasures can be discovered in the jungle
- Kids will be able to decorate their houses and dress their avatars any way they want
- In the game pets can be trained, groomed, fed and played with
- Creativity, listening, motor skills, memory and pre reading are some of the skills that will be learned
We can not wait to see how the game will work with the Wii. Keep an eye out for our upcoming review. Here is a short video to check out too.
