What helps get your juices flowing?

Recently I noticed that my creative juices get to flowing when I have a show or movie I like playing in the background. It changes from time to time but for sure it has be a marathon of some sort. Luckily I have dvr so I can watch back to back episodes of a show I record. My favorites are Charmed, Alias or NCIS. Even though I have seen them every episode before I still find them relaxing.
