I wouldn't tell a soul personally. It puts too big of a target on your head. Plus, I'd be scared they'd steal it out of my pocket while I was asleep. I couldn't stand Russell in the beginning, but now that he's the underdog in the tribe merge, I'm starting to like him, especially after what he pulled off this week. Given the fact that Jeff said they were putting the idol back in the game, I think TPTB are pulling a Big Brother & making sure Russell sticks around until the end. I can't blame them. Right now he is what's making the show interesting, and they've been pretty upfront since eppy 1 that it's the Russell Show this season. I don’t get it either. I wouldn’t tell a soul personally.
