  1. Nicely done! I scored nicely at Target yesterday. Some sweet little blankets for less than $3 a piece, some fun plates for the kids, and a cute outfit. Sadly though the candy was badly picked over and everything that was left wasn’t worth buying. Except the Laffy Taffy, but that makes me crazy so I left it. It was my Valentine’s Day present to my husband. HA!

I forgot to look for some clothes. I love to grab slippers, pajamas or t-shirts that are marked down. Think I will be making a trip back to the store, lol

I managed to avoid the temptation and opted not to buy any extra candy…yours looks really yummy, though.

    Good for you!
We hit one at Walmart yesterday. Everything was a quarter. I’m on a stinkin’ diet though.

  5. LOL Yummmmm… I love chocolate. Especially when it is half price! LOL

  6. Tricia,

I walked right past the candy aisle before and after Valentine’s Day. I don’t remember this holiday being so filled w/packaged candy geared towards children. My kids have so much they received that I was having flashbacks of the harvest festival celebration we attended last year. I’m considering putting it all in one big pile, letting them choose a few, and tossing the rest.

The only candy I wanted and didn’t get are See’s dark chocolate w/caramel inside. Enjoy your score and be sure to brush your teeth :) !
