Jazz has been asking for contacts for about 3 years now. She wears glasses just like I do. I don’t think I got my first pair of contacts until I was 18. I always went for different colored contacts. I wore grey, hazel and green (my favorite).
Of course Jazz, being her mother’s daughter, wanted colored contacts as well. Since she had never worn contacts before I wanted to have her wear regular contacts first before we got into all the “extras”. The question soon became is she ready to make the change to contact lenses? She is a busy teenager and needs something that is easy to use. Jazz has complained about dropping her glasses and getting scratches on them. She was also tired of looking for them when she misplaced them. Luckily we were chosen by Mom Central to be a part of the Bausch + Lomb Test Drive Program. This meant Jazz would be able to try out Bausch + Lomb daily disposable lenses for three months.
Our first step was to make an appointment to see an optometrist. I learned very quickly how important it is to make sure the optometrist does fittings for Soflens daily disposable lenses. Not all doctors do them and you do not want to waste time at an appointment and end up having to go somewhere else.
Stay tuned for part two to see what happened during the appointment and Jazz thought of Softlens!
I wrote this review while participating in a Test Drive by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Bausch + Lomb and received Soflens daily disposables to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for taking the time to participate.

I used to wear colored contacts when I was younger. I loved wearing them when my parents were paying for them
