We love our Cockapoo Scottie. He became a member of our family 10 years ago. My parents did not allow us to have pets while growing up. Having a dog was something I never thought about once I started my own family. My kids love animals and we actually ended up having quite a few pets. Mimi the Hamster, Ralph the Gecko, Timmy the Turtle various fish and frogs have all lived in our home throughout the years.
We absolutely love Scottie and can not imagine life without him. My Granddaughter has grown to love him too. Dog was one her first words and she always has a huge smile on her face whenever she sees him.
Since we are a dog loving family, we are looking forward to checking out A Dog’s Purpose when it comes to theaters January 27th.
Based on the beloved bestselling novel by W. Bruce Cameron, A Dog’s Purpose, from director Lasse Hallström (The Cider House Rules, Dear John, The 100-Foot Journey), shares the soulful and surprising story of one devoted dog (voiced by Josh Gad) who finds the meaning of his own existence through the lives of the humans he teaches to laugh and love. The family film told from the dog’s perspective also stars Dennis Quaid, Peggy Lipton, Britt Robertson, K.J. Apa, Juilet Rylance, Luke Kirby, John Ortiz and Pooch Hall.
We saw the trailer at the movie theaters and this looks like a heartwarming story. It might even bring a few tears to my eyes. Yeah I’m that person at the movies. If it is remote sad I am fighting back tears, especially when caught off guard.
