Feed problems

I am having a problem with the feed to this site and can not figure it. I fixed it before but can not remember how. When I click the subscribe to feed button I get this error:
XML parsing failed: syntax error (Line: 2, Character: 0)
Reparse document as HTML
Error:XML declaration not at beginning of document
