Carmex is a brand I am very familiar with. Their time tasted formula has worked to soothe, heal and protect lips for over 79 years! I have grown up seeing this brand in the pockets of family and friends. Carmex Lip Balms are available in a variety of forms and flavors. Everyone has a favorite in my family. My daughter Jazz has been obsessively looking for a Grape flavored one that she lost. I think it was a limited edition though.
School has been back in session for over a month now and I was pleasantly surprised when I received a back to school package from Carmex in the mail. It included a Kate Spade pencil case, Dunkin Donuts gift card and a variety of Carmex products.
This came at just the right time because between my four kids I have two College students and two high school students. No one likes dry, cracked lips so I am happy to share “My Carmex” with them. Especially when the weather gets colder here in Wisconsin. In addition to studying hard, I want them to look their best with smiles on their face.
Carmex Lip Balm in a Jar
The white jar with yellow cap is the one my husband prefers. It is formulated with menthol and camphor to soothe severely chapped lips. Available in the Original flavor.
Carmex Lip Balm in a Tube
The squeezable applicator allows control over how much or how little you apply to your lips. It has a special smooth-glide formula that eases over tender, cracked lips and not too waxy. My daughter Savannah likes to buy the three pack of these. She is always losing one!
Carmex Lip Balm Stick
My favorite of the line of Carmex products. It replenishes lips with a formula that aids moisturization and provides SPF-15 sun protection.
Carmex Comfort Care Lip Balm
These lip balms are specially formulated with natural Colloidal Oatmeal to provide deep soothing, long lasting moisture. This is perfect to use year round to relieve dryness and soothe, smooth and soften lips. I am loving the contemporary design with the slightly wider stick.
Carmex Cold Sore Treatment
Carmex Cold Sore Treatment works on contact to block pain and itch while minimizing the appearance of a cold sore. While it does not treat viral infections, it does help with the symptoms associated with cold sores. 10% Benzocaine blocks the pain and itch, while the TriPlex Formula technology smooths and fills to make the cold sore less noticeable when used to conceal.
Carmex Lip Balms ($1.59 and $1.99) and Carmex Cold Sore Treatment ($14.99) can be found at retailers nationwide. For more information, including where to buy Carmex products and coupons, please visit their website.
