How much to spend??

I am working really hard at getting out of debt but I have been having a few problems. I am trying to come up with my budget. I can not figure out how much I should be spending for grocery shopping. I have waivered back and forth between about $70 to $180. I want to spend what is appropiate for a family of 6 which includes 4 very picky kids.
