I need to go shopping for summer clothes. Not for me but the kids, all four of them. Apparently everyone has grown out of everything, including shoes

My sister in law graduated last week and got her Masters of Science in Management. I am so proud of her!!! She is strong, hard working and an inspiration to me.

The Survivor finale. Oh I have a lot of thoughts about this season of Survivor. Russell did not play as well this season. When he gave Pavarti that immunity idol, I just knew he was headed for trouble. He called J.T. the dumbest player because he gave the villains an idol, well what does that say about him giving his idol away? I knew if he made it to the end he would not win. He is just too cocky. It is ok to think you are the best but you do not have to rub it in people’s faces. Especially not the heroes. The Heroes play with “emotions”. It would have been a much smarter move to get rid of all the heroes in the beginning and fill the jury with all villains. They would have appreciated the best strategic player, and that was not Russell this time. Pavariti made some great moves this season that changed the game. It’s kind of funny how she saved Sandra and Sandra won  The final challenge was good. I was on the edge of my seat because it was so close. I was not sure who was going to win! This was a perfect example of how seconds make a difference. Oh and when Sandra threw Russell’s hat in the fire, that was hilarious. He kind of deserved it for burying the machete.  I had to roll my eyes when Coach gave his speech before the jury vote. I was thinking “Really? You should be in the final three. I don’t think so”.

All of the kids waited until this morning, while it was raining, to say “Oh yeah, we do not have any umbrellas. They are all broke”. Jazz is scared of worms so she convinced her Dad to drive her to the bus stop. I just know he was thinking about catching those worms for fishing.

My brother asked to borrow my Ab Roller. I told him sure, so my husband brings it out of the basement.  Turns out I do not have one. I have the Ab Lounger. So now it’s sitting in the middle of my living room because the kids think it is so fun to use.

Pencil sharpeners. Why is this on my mind? Because I can not find a good one that will actually last in my house. I think it is actually a simple request. My kids have to use pencils for homework so all I want is a pencil sharpener that will not stop working in the middle of homework.  We have tried all kinds. The small hand held ones where you just twist the pencil. They have broken hundreds of them. We even had one that we screwed to the wall, like the ones they had in school when I was little. Somehow that did not work well. I even broke down and bought an electric one. They managed to break that one three times before my husband was no longer able to fix it. And no one like mechanical pencils, go figure.

One of my rules for the kids is when I am on the phone, do not ask me anything. Wait until I get off the phone. TJ has started to just stand directly in front of my face to wait until I get off the phone. But I never technically said where to “wait” so he is kind of off the hook for that. But it is one of the most annoying things ever!

I just got my Piggly Wiggly Preferred Club card in the mail. I went there a month ago, that seems like a long time to wait for the cards.

I finally convinced TJ to go get a haircut. He wanted to grow it into an afro which would not be bad if I did not have to ask him every day, “Did you comb your hair today?”

I think I am suffering from cabin fever. This is so funny to me because I am not a huge fan of outside and have a constant fear of bugs flying or crawling on me. Everything freaks me out. I have even started to imagine going fishing with my husband and I can not think of anything more boring than fishing!

I like to watch stand up comedy but I feel really uncomfortable if the comic is not funny. I don’t know why I feel so embarrassed for them.

I was watching t.v on dvr and could not find the remote so I could not fast forward through the commericials. It just so happens a few popped up that made me smile. Of course I had to find them on youtube to share with you guys

All weekend I have seen shows about that HP TouchSmart computer. QVC almost had me, but I think I am just going to save my money until I get it. I just know that would be the perfect computer for me I mean us.

Well I was supposed to start working out Friday with the Wii. I didn’t But have started eating my lean cuisines and smoothies. Just taking it one day at a time.

Chuck finally came back on. Two episodes on Sunday and one on Monday. I have them on dvr. I am saving them to watch my husband. I did get a chance to catch Fantasia’s new show. I just love her voice. I really hope she can get back on track. Now I am waiting for the new season of 24 and Supernatural.

I am now officially starting the plans for Jazz’s Sweet 16. I will doing a lot of research to try to make it as special as possible.

Valentine’s Day is so right around the corner. I want to do something different this year. Not sure what yet, but I am sure I will come up something

The Social Moms Event is coming up in February at Walt Disney World. I thought I was going to go but there is just no way we can Even though there is a discount our family of 6 just can’t do it, especially with air fare. I have got to start a separate savings just for blogging events.

I think I get more excited than the kids when the holiday catalogs come in the mail. Am I the only adult that does that?

I have completely rubbed off  part of the touchpad on my laptop. Isn’t that weird? I only have had it almost 2 years.

We are having a few warm days here and there in Wisconsin. It is freaking me out because then these creepy red and black bug things and ladybugs are everywhere!! It is totally pushing me towards tears. I am actually praying for a good winter freeze.

I am starting to think about remodeling. I want to paint and reorganize and everything. My husband wants to fish, lol.

Kayla has a cough that we can just not get rid of.  She has had it since August. We took her to the doctor, they thought it was a virus. But now we are thinking it is some type of allergy. She coughs more around the house. I wonder do we need a humidifier.
