    Blueberry Pineapple Smoothie Recipe

    My kids and I love to drink smoothies but that can get pretty expensive. I have wanted to make them at home for a while but my blender was just not cutting it. It is pretty old and was making my smoothies a little too chunky. Luckily I got a Nutri Ninja Auto-IQ for Christmas and we have been making them on a daily basis since then. One of our favorites is a Blueberry Pineapple smoothie. We have been finding blueberries and pineapples on sale at Aldi’s a lot lately so I have been taking advantage of that. I like add uncooked oats and chia seeds for a little fiber. It tastes pretty good and is filling.

    This Blueberry Pineapple Smoothie is very easy to make and doesn’t take a lot of time. I don’t limit smoothies to breakfast so I will have a smoothie any time of day. They are great for snacks!

    Ingredients

    • 3/4 cup blueberries
    • 1/4 cup pineapple
    • 1/4 cup uncooked oats
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 1/2 cup ice

    Instructions

    1. Add ingredients in order listed.
    2. Blend until smooth.
