I like to encourage my children to make healthy choices and stay active. I have found that if I am exercising, they sometimes like to join me. We get to spend time together while getting healthy. Our local high school track has been used quite a bit by our entire family. I must admit there have been times when I join them. My daughters love to take walks and Savannah enjoys going to the gym regularly. We all like to ride bikes too. Savannah could not help giving my three wheel bike a spin last year!
